The company was established in 2013 with 3 staff members and Orient Lanka has developed itself into a large company. Initially Orient Lanka Overseas Academy (PVT) Ltd recruited students to few selected universities in the world. To the organization work with large number of universities and schools in USA, Australia, Canada, Finland, Latvia, Russia, Estonia, China, Germany, Vietnam, Malta, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Cyprus.
